How and when do I get paid?

Ticket Division provides two options to get paid: checks or direct deposits. There are no payout fees for either of these payment methods.

If we prefer to be paid by check, we will it to the address provided for your organization. To select this payment method, go to your company profile page to edit the entity your checks should be payable to, and make sure you entered your physical address correctly.

Enter a valid mailing address in the "General information" panel.

The "Settlement settings" panel will allow you to set the entity the checks should be payable to.

Make sure to save your modifications before leaving the page.

Settlements are processed within 5 business days after the end of each event. Once your payout has been issued, delays vary depending on your financial institution (for direct deposits) and postal delivery times (for checks).
