Once you are logged in Box Office and you authenticated using your 4-digit passcode, press the settings button located at the top right corner of your screen. Note that only managers are authorized to access and edit the app's settings. If you do not have proper permissions, you will be required to the 4-digit passcode of a Box Office manager.
Press "Reset Box Office" from the settings menu.
You will be asked to confirm your request. If you proceed, Box Office will log out your organization, unlink your device from your account, and disconnect all external devices (printers and payment terminals). Note that this cannot be undone. If you wish to use Box Office again, you will need to authenticate your organization again and set your printers and payment terminal.
